Celebrate the 60th Annual Acushnet Art Show June 1 & 2, 2019

In 1958, Acushnet artist and educator Walter Owen spearheaded a petition to the state of Massachusetts to establish Art Week and created an annual art show to high light art in our community. This year, we celebrate the 60th year of the Acushnet Art Week Show!

Artists and craft-makers from Acushnet, Rochester, and Freetown are invited to exhibit new work to the public at this annual art show held each year.

Original work is especially encouraged, as well as work not previously shown at this event. There is NO entry fee. Prizes are awarded in each art category.

By entering your work, you support your fellow artists, the town of Acushnet, and those who delight in viewing the work of others. It’s not about winning, it’s about celebrating the arts!
